Tailte Éireann
Ordnance Survey Ireland welcomes the publication of the Tailte Éireann Bill 2022, providing for the establishment of Tailte Éireann.
It marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Property Registration Authority, the Valuation Office and Ordnance Survey Ireland.
The creation of Tailte Éireann will bring together land and property information services in the State, including registration, valuation and surveying. It will highlight the work we are doing and offer new opportunities to enhance the services we provide.
Preparation for the merger will continue in earnest and we will regularly inform all our customers and stakeholders of our progress. Business will continue as usual during the merger process.
The creation of Tailte Éireann will provide access to innovative, customer-focused, and unified land and property information services in Ireland and will build on the successes of the three merging entities.
We look forward to continuing to serve the public and commercial sectors and providing quality service delivery into the future professionally and responsively under Tailte Éireann.
